These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the qtterp.in website and the QTT-ERP platform, provided by Queen Touch Technology ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or using QTT-ERP, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, requesting a demo, or otherwise using QTT-ERP, you confirm that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

QTT-ERP is a cloud-hosted business management platform covering Sales & CRM, Procurement, Inventory & Warehouse, Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Finance & Accounting and HRMS. Features available to you depend on your subscribed plan.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials issued to your organization's users.
  • You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of an account.
  • Role and permission assignment within your organization is your responsibility.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems or networks
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the platform's source code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform

5. Subscription & Payment

Paid plans are billed per the frequency selected (monthly or yearly) at checkout or per your signed order form. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise. Non-payment may result in suspension of access.

6. Intellectual Property

QTT-ERP, its underlying software, design and branding are the property of Queen Touch Technology. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights — only a limited, non-exclusive right to use the platform per your subscription.

7. Your Data & Confidentiality

You retain ownership of the business data you enter into QTT-ERP. We will not access or use your data except to provide the service, respond to support requests, or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Service Availability

We target a 99.9% platform uptime SLA, excluding scheduled maintenance (which we will aim to communicate in advance) and events outside our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queen Touch Technology shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription per the terms of your order form. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period before deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction over any disputes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
